The J House is located in a residential area where the main use is for a single dwelling.
This house is special for us because the confidence of our customers has allowed us to create interesting spaces where the in and out relation does not compete with privacy.
This customer wanted a modern home, with straight lines and large spaces in one floor with high connection with the outside.
The ground floor of the house has not views around landscape. For this reason on the ground floor, each room is located inside the plot and the circulation spaces are on the house perimeter.
Other important feature is the complete separation between the daily area and the night area. The night area has a smaller volume and the daily area has a double height and more entity.
The House is compound by two volumes in “L” position. The first one has all the common uses of the home and the second one, with smaller height has the three rooms and its bathrooms.
In the second floor we can find the secondary uses such as multiple use room, installation room and gym.
When we enter into the house, we find a space with double height which give access to the private rooms and also to the other ones. This element separates the resting area from the rest of the home.
